Firearm machined parts for civilian guns are one of our main products. Civilian guns (rifles and shotguns) used for hunting and shooting sports are mainly distributed in overseas markets. Our products are certified by our government and exported to Europe directly from our factory with about 70,000 sets (140,000 pieces) per year.
We deliver machined components that require the precise specifications of the industry to our customers in Japan and in Europe. Gunpowder explosions generate enormous energy instantaneously. The gun must always remain safe and accurate even under severe conditions, such as continuous use, high temperatures, and freezing temperatures.
Our main products are Receivers, Bolts, and Slides, which are used for the loading and firing sections of a gun. Our parts satisfy extremely strict quality standards and requirements including durability, heat resistance, and wear resistance to withstand 100,000 rounds.
